摘要:為了解決機(jī)載被測(cè)設(shè)備可測(cè)性較低與測(cè)試自動(dòng)化需求較高之間的矛盾,本文提出了基于某型機(jī)載通信自動(dòng)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)建立智能手動(dòng)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的思想。同時(shí)給出了手動(dòng)測(cè)試解決方案,并在現(xiàn)有自動(dòng)測(cè)試平臺(tái)上實(shí)現(xiàn)了智能手動(dòng)測(cè)試軟件的設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)。

Design of intelligent manual test system based on airborne communication ATE

Abstract: This paper presented the design of manual test system based on communication auto test equipment to solve the contradiction between the lower measurability of the unit under test and the higher automation test requirement. At the same time, it gas the scheme of manual test and realization of the design and development of intelligent manual test software based on the auto test equipment platform.
