摘 要:為解決傳統(tǒng)的全吸收型激光能量計存在的量值上限問題,提出一種采用無畸變?nèi)拥男滦图す饽芰啃?zhǔn)裝置。該裝置主要由透射式光學(xué)元件及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)探測器組成,利用透射式化學(xué)元件反射的弱光以降低校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)探測器的量程要求。文中給出該校準(zhǔn)裝置實現(xiàn)高能激光能量測量裝置校準(zhǔn)的原理和方法,并給出該套校準(zhǔn)裝置的不確定度評定方法。該校準(zhǔn)裝置一方面可以測量激光器的輸出能量,另一方面可以校準(zhǔn)現(xiàn)場用的其他高能激光能量測量設(shè)備。

A calibration equipment of high-energy laser energy meter based on distortionless sampling method

Abstract: In order to resolve the problem of traditional all-absorption energy meter has limited mearsurement range, a novel calibration setup of laser energy meter is proposed. The principle and method to achieve the calibration of testing apparatus is provided, meanwhile the evaluation of uncertainty for this calibration setup is also analyzed. This setup can both measure the output energy of lasers and calibrate other laser energy meters on site.
